Moi, je devais avancer, cocher des cases, tenir des r\u00f4les. Alors je serrais les dents, je buvais un caf\u00e9 de plus\u2026 et je \u00ab tenais \u00bb.<br>Jusqu\u2019au jour o\u00f9 mon corps m\u2019a montr\u00e9 que ce n\u2019\u00e9tait plus tenable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas un drame spectaculaire. Plut\u00f4t une addition de petits signaux : sommeil hach\u00e9, \u00e9paules en b\u00e9ton, respiration courte, cette boule dans la gorge qui monte sans pr\u00e9venir. Ensuite, si on n\u2019\u00e9coute pas, il hausse le ton. On se dit \u00ab c\u2019est la p\u00e9riode \u00bb. Parfois, oui, \u00e7a s\u2019apaise. Souvent, \u00e7a revient, tout simplement parce que le message n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 entendu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n\u2019ai pas eu de \u00ab grand d\u00e9clic \u00bb. Au contraire, une suite de micro-moments : main pos\u00e9e sur le c\u0153ur \u00e0 deux doigts d\u2019exploser, dix minutes de marche sans t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, cinq minutes \u00e0 pleurer dans la salle de bain. Utile pour r\u00e9agir, <strong>pas fait pour durer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mode r\u00e9paration<\/strong> : respiration, mouvement doux, silence \u2192 le corps rel\u00e2che, dig\u00e8re, r\u00e9\u00e9quilibre. C\u2019est l\u2019<strong>hom\u00e9ostasie<\/strong>, ton point d\u2019\u00e9quilibre naturel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, le bien-\u00eatre n\u2019exige pas d\u2019\u00eatre zen 24\/7. Pas pour faire joli : pour t\u2019aider \u00e0 <strong>descendre d\u2019un cran<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019abord, on parle. Vraiment. Comment \u00e7a va <strong>dans ton corps<\/strong> ? On met des mots.<br>Ensuite, on respire ensemble. On bouge un peu \u2014 pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre souple ni \u00ab sportive \u00bb : l\u2019objectif, c\u2019est <strong>faire de la place dedans<\/strong>.<br>Parfois, on ajoute le son : des vibrations qui bercent le syst\u00e8me nerveux.<br>Tu repars plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Pas parce que tout est r\u00e9gl\u00e9, mais parce que <strong>tu as retrouv\u00e9 une prise<\/strong>.
